Vivo Siargao Hotel - General Luna (Surigao del Norte)

The spacious pool area was a great spot to relax.

I encountered several issues that left me frustrated. The Wi-Fi in the room was non-existent. I found the room cleanliness lacking, with ants roaming around and a strong odor that wasn't addressed until I complained. My airport transfer did not arrive as confirmed, which resulted in a last-minute scramble to catch my flight.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and brand-new with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. They have a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe. Perfect atmosphere, nonetheless some people working here are not very friendly.

The room is pretty old.

I got standard queen room for 5 nights with extra towels, books, as example, liked it.

All fine, but water pressure issues

The pool area seemed nice, but there was a sick cat lying there that the staff acted like they were too busy to help, just very nice. Breakfast service is also woefully late. I couldn't even eat here. Not to mention, after all this I expected a complimentary gesture or something, but nothing. Shameful, really.

This place is nice, and has free wi-fi in public areas, outdoor swimming pool, and laundry service. On my first stay, the staff helped me with places to go, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a relaxing break!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach where we found plenty of options for surfing lessons. Our three grandchildren enjoyed the beautiful pool, and the restaurant had a great menu offering local dishes. Staff were helpful and cute.

My kids wished for a few more family-friendly menu options.

Spent 5 nights and loved lounging by the beautiful pool and enjoying the delicious brunch options. The atmosphere was super relaxing with comfy sun loungers and a nice garden area to chill. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn't great, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 🌞

Vivo Siargao in General Luna is an absolutely great hotel with a beautiful garden view. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Our king room was equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a personal safe, which added to our comfort. the staff who checked us in were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room for 7 nights and really liked how spacious and clean the room was. It had everything we needed, and the ambiance felt super relaxing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Wifi in the room was bit sketchy, a downside. But honestly, it didn't ruin my vibe too much!
